LUXEON SunPlus 20 Line LEDs

Lumileds LUXEON SunPlus 20 Line LEDs are purpose-built to enable ease of system design for horticulture applications. These LEDs are designed using either an Indium Gallium Nitride (InGaN) or Aluminum Indium Gallium Phosphide (AlInGaP) LED chip mounted onto a ceramic substrate which is encapsulated in silicone. This ceramic substrate mechanically supports the LED chip and thermally connects it to the bottom pads. These LEDs deliver the precise wavelengths of light needed to improve crop yield. The SunPlus 20 InGaN LEDs feature a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) chip that protects them against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). These LEDs offer 120° and 150° viewing angles of choice for different design needs. The SunPlus 20 LEDs are available in a 2mm x 2mm package footprint.

LUXEON SunPlus Series Horticulture LEDs

Lumileds LUXEON SunPlus Series LEDs are purpose-built for Horticulture applications. These LEDs are binned and tested based on Photosynthetic Photon Flux (PPF). These devices deliver precise light wavelengths and optimized spectra for improved crop yields. This feature makes them ideal for indoor and greenhouse farming.
