Toshiba Optocouplers are used for a variety of applications, ranging from industrial equipment to home appliances and equipment. The optocouplers consist of a high-power infrared LED coupled with a photodetector.

TLP265J & TLP266J Photo Triac Output Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP265J and TLP266J Photo Triac Output Photocouplers offer 10mA max. trigger LED current, 600VDRM peak off-state voltage, and 3750VRMS isolation voltage. The TLP265J consists of a non-zero crossing functionary (NZC) and the TLP266J of a zero crossing functionary (ZC). Both are optically coupled to an infrared LED. These devices guarantee a minimum creepage distance of 5mm, a minimum clearance of 5mm, and a minimum insulation thickness of 0.4mm. They meet the reinforced insulation class requirements of international safety standards. Toshiba TLP265J and TLP266J Photo Triac Output Photocouplers are ideally suited for use in triac drivers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), AC-output modules, and solid-state relays.
