TLP292-4 InGaAs IR & Phototransistor Photocoupler

Toshiba TLP292-4 InGaAs Infrared and Phototransistor Photocoupler consists of phototransistors optically coupled to two InGaAs infrared emitting diodes connected inverse parallel. These devices can operate directly with AC input current. The TLP292-4 is housed in a very small and thin SO-16 package. Each Toshiba TLP292-4 has a guaranteed wide operating temperature (TA=-55°C to 125̊°C) and high isolation voltage (3750Vrms). This feature makes it suitable for high-density surface mounting applications such as programmable controllers.
