TPSM336x5 Synchronous Buck Converter Power Module

Texas Instruments TPSM336x5 Synchronous Buck Converter Power Module is a 2.5A, 36V input synchronous step-down DC/DC power module in a compact 3.5mm x 4.5mm x 2mm, 11-pin QFN package. The TPSM336x5 incorporates flip chip on lead (FCOL) packaging, power MOSFETs, and an integrated inductor and boot capacitor. The TPSM336x5 can be configured for 1V up to 15V output with a feedback divider and operated. The TI TPSM336x5 power module is intentionally designed to meet low standby power requirements for always-on industrial applications. The device offers an auto mode allowing frequency foldback when operating at light loads, achieving a no-load current consumption of 1.5µA at 13.5V V_IN and high light load efficiency. A seamless transition between PWM and PFM modes and low MOSFET ON resistances deliver exceptional efficiency across the entire load range.
