ROHM Semiconductor SLI560x/SLA560x 5mm High-Brightness LEDs offer a wide range of high-brightness LEDs in a T-1 3/4 (5mm) package. These LEDs are available in red (630nm), orange (611nm), yellow (591nm), yellow-green (563nm), green (523nm), blue (470nm), and white ((x,y) (0.31, 0.31)) emitting colours. The viewing angle 2θ 1/2 is 40°. The ROHM Semiconductor SLI560x/SLA560x luminous intensity can range from 42mcd to 3300mcd depending on the selected emitting colour.
