REF_3K3W_HFHD_PSU High Power Density PSU

Infineon Technologies REF_3K3W_HFHD_PSU High Power Density Power Supply Unit (PSU) is a 3.3kW, 95W/in³, and 500kHz high-frequency power supply for server, telecom, and data center applications. The front-end AC-DC converter features a two-phase Silicon Carbide (SiC) interleaved bridgeless totem pole design for efficient power factor correction. Meanwhile, the high-frequency (500kHz) DC-DC converter, which offers isolation and precise output voltage regulation, utilizes a Gallium Nitride (GaN) LLC half-bridge configuration paired with full-bridge rectification. The REF_3K3W_HFHD_PSU power supply exhibits a fully integrated transformer structure and includes a baby-boost stage to hold up time requirements. Typical applications include AC-DC power conversion for telecom infrastructure, data centers, and computing solutions.
