This 2 x 15A Schottky rectifier features high purity, high-temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength, and moisture resistance. The VS32CTQ030STRLM3 Schottky rectifier is designed and qualified according to JEDEC^®-JESD 47 standards and allow up to 150°C junction temperature. This Schottky rectifier offers 0.40V V_F @15A (per diode) I_F(AV). The guard ring construction feature of this Schottky rectifier enhances ruggedness and long term reliability. Typical applications are switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
