Abracon AMJM Power Optimized MEMS Oscillators

Abracon AMJM Power Optimized MEMS Oscillators offer a 1MHz to 100MHz output frequency range and 12µA power standby. These power-optimized oscillators feature an output enable function, low 0.84mm profile, low operating current, and a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The AMJM oscillators consume low power during operation. These MEMS oscillators feature a compact footprint and are available in low-profile packages. Typical applications include the Internet of Things (IoT), audio, video, drone, and robotics.
