Analog Devices Inc. AD7386 4-Channel, 4 MSPS, 16-Bit SAR ADC

Analog Devices Inc. AD7386 4-Channel, 4 MSPS, 16-Bit Successive Approximation Register (SAR) Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) operates from a 3V to 3.6V power supply. This dual simultaneous sampling ADC samples and converts single-ended analog input types on the falling edge of CS input. The AD7386 ADC features an on-chip sequencer and integrated on-chip oversampling blocks that improve dynamic range and reduce noise at lower bandwidths. This ADC is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V interfaces using the separate logic supply. The AD7386 comes in a 16-lead LFCSP package and operates at a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Typical applications include motor control position feedback, motor control current sense, sonars, power quality, and data acquisition systems.
