Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5019 Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) RF Switches are nonreflective switches that are manufactured in a silicon process. These RF switches operate from 100MHz to 13GHz frequency range, 0.8dB insertion loss, and 45dB of isolation at 8GHz. The ADRF5019 RF switches feature high input linearity, high power handling, and are pin-compatible with the HMC1118 low-frequency cutoff version switches. Typical applications include test instrumentation, microwave radios and Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, and Electronic Counter Measures (ECMs), fiber optics, and broadband telecommunications.Features
