Analog Devices Inc. ADuCM310 Precision Analog MCUs
Analog Devices ADuCM310 Precision Analog Microcontrollers feature a 16-bit (14-bit accurate) multichannel successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC), an ARM Cortex™-M3 processor, 8 voltage digital-to-analog converters (DACs), 6 current output DACs, and Flash/EE memory enclosed in a 6mm × 6mm, 112-ball CSP_BGA package. The ADC can operate at conversion rates up to 800kSPS. This device includes several internal channels, such as the supply monitor channels, an on-chip temperature sensor, and internal voltage reference monitors. The VDACs, which are 12-bit string DACs with output buffers capable of sourcing between 10mA and 50mA, are all capable of driving 10nF capacitive loads. The ADuCM310 offers 256kB of nonvolatile Flash/EE memory and 32kB of SRAM integrated on-chip. ADI ADuCM310 precision analog microcontrollers are ideal for precision instrumentation, smart sensors, data acquisition systems, base station systems, transient capture systems, DAS and communications systems, wearable health monitoring devices, and optical networking.
