Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADF5709 Evaluation Board
Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADF5709 Evaluation Board provides a demonstration platform for the ADF5709 Wideband MMIC VCO. The ADF5709 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) features a 9.85GHz to 20.5GHz frequency range and incorporates a resonator, a negative resistance device, and a varactor diode, minimizing the number of required external components and reducing board space.
The EVAL-ADF5709 includes a pre-mounted Analog Devices Inc. ADF5709 in an LLC24 package, external supply headers, supply decoupling capacitors, a VTUNE SMA connector, and a 2.92mm, RF output K connector. No software interface is required to control the ADF5709 while the device is operating as a standalone VCO in an open-loop mode.
