
Analog Devices Inc. HMC589A Gain Block Amplifiers
Analog Devices HMC589A features InGaP HBT Gain Block MMIC SMT amplifiers that operate in the DC to 4GHz range. The HMC589A amplifiers provide 20dB gain and +33dBm output IP3 at 1GHz while only requiring 82mA from a single positive supply. The HMC589A InGaP HBT gain block offers excellent output power and gains stability over temperature. Designers can use the HMC589A as a cascadable 50Ω RF or IF gain stage. The amplifiers can also be used as a LO or PA driver with up to +19dBm P1dB output power for cellular/3G, FWA, CATV, microwave radio, and test equipment applications.Features
