Bourns CDSOT23-T24CAN-Q AEC-Q101 CANbus Protectors

Bourns CDSOT23-T24CAN-Q CANbus Protectors are AEC-Q101-qualified surge protectors for CAN interfaces in automotive applications. CDSOT23-T24CAN-Q comes in an SOT23-3 package with dual bidirectional TVS for protecting both lines of a single CAN interface. These Bourns CANbus protectors feature 26.2V minimum breakdown voltage, making them ideal for transceivers with internal circuitry for 24V power supply miswiring.

CDSOT23-T24CAN-Q provides ±30kV contact discharge ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 and 500V surge protection per IEC 61000-4-5 (Level 1). Bourns CDSOT23-T24CAN-Q improves the reliability of automotive and industrial CANbus systems. This series also improves robustness against damage from ESD and other transient voltage events.
