Bourns CDSOT23-TxxC-Q TVS Diodes
Bourns CDSOT23-TxxC-Q TVS Diodes achieve a 3.3 to 15V voltage range, a 500W rating, and bidirectional and unidirectional configurations. These TVS Diodes feature ESD protection of 30kV max and are AEC-Q101-compliant versions of the existing CDSOT23-TxxC models.
