Bourns SMxJ-Q AEC-Q101 TVS Diodes

Bourns SMxJ-Q AEC-Q101 Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for surge and ESD protection applications. The diodes are AEC-Q101 compliant and RoHS compliant. These devices offer a working voltage of 5V to 220V, a breakdown voltage of 7V to 272V, and a clamping voltage of 9.2V to 275V. Typical fast response times are <1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. Bourns SMxJ-Q TVS Diodes conform to JEDEC standards and are easy to handle with standard pick-and-place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes rollaway.

The SMAJ-Q series offers 400W and 600W power dissipation and 40A peak forward surge current in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) size format. The SMA6J-Q and SMBJ-Q devices are packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) size and feature 600W power dissipation and 40A (SMA6J-Q) or 100A (SMBJ-Q) peak forward surge currents.

The SMCJ-Q components come in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) size format with 1500W minimum peak pulse power dissipation and 200A peak forward surge current. The SMLJ-Q series features 3000W minimum peak pulse power dissipation and 300A peak forward surge current. These diodes are packaged in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) size format.

The SMAJ8.5CA-Q diode offers a working peak reverse voltage from 8.5V up to 58V and comes in a 5.0SMDJ footprint.
