KEMET A700 Aluminum Organic Polymer Capacitors

KEMET A700 Aluminum Organic Polymer Capacitors (AO-CAP) offer 5mΩ to 70mΩ ESR, 2V to 35V DC voltage rating, and 6.8μF to 560μF capacitance range. These solid-state aluminum capacitors feature a small package size and polymer cathode technology. The cathode is a conductive organic polymer that results in very low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequencies. AO-CAPs may be operated at steady-state voltages up to 100% of rated voltage without the need to de-rate. Other features include operational lifetimes, low ESR, and high operational temperatures. The inherent low ESR makes the A700 series suitable for high ripple current handling. KEMET A700 Aluminum Organic Polymer Capacitors are ideal for high-performance microprocessor, FPGA, and ASIC decoupling designs.
