KYOCERA AVX Accu-P® MP Medical-Grade Thin-Film Chip Capacitors feature tolerances spanning ±0.01pF to ±5% feature highly repeatable performance, accurate capacitance, and a high Q factor. These capacitors provide ultratight capacitive tolerance, low ESR at very high frequency, and increased stability concerning temperature, time, frequency, and voltage variation. The capacitors are available in three standard case sizes (0201, 0402, and 0603), five rated voltages (10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, and 100V), and two dielectric temperature coefficients (0±30ppm/°C and 0±60ppm/°C). KYOCERA AVX Accu-P® MP Medical-Grade Thin-Film Chip Capacitors are designed for medical and healthcare RF signal and power applications.
