Microchip Technology SMART SAM D09 ARM-Cortex-M0+ MCU

Microchip SMART™ SAM D09 ARM®-Cortex®-M0+ MCUs are small, reduced feature-set ARM Cortex-M0+ MCUs. The SAM D09 MCUs are designed for simple code migration between devices in the SAM D family. The MCUs are pin-compatible with the SAM D10 series. This allows for easy migration to larger devices with additional features. The SAM D09 devices operate at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The devices offer 14- to 24-pin packages with up to 16KB Flash and 4KB of SRAM. All devices include the Microchip Event System for inter-peripheral signaling and support for capacitive touch interfaces.
