Microchip Technology AVR32EA28/32/48 Microcontrollers
Microchip Technology AVR32EA28/32/48 Microcontrollers are part of the AVR® EA Family that implement the AVR CPU with hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 20MHz. The AVR EA Family utilizes modern technologies from Microchip with a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System, accurate analog subsystems, and advanced digital peripherals. The Microchip devices are available with 32KB of Flash, 4KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. Furthermore, the AVR32EA28/32/48 MCUs are housed in 28-, 32- or 48-pin packages.
