Mini-Circuits AVA-0233LN+ RF Amplifier

Mini-Circuits AVA-0233LN+ RF Amplifier is a GaAs pHEMT Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) distributed amplifier that operates from 2GHz to 30GHz frequency range. This amplifier provides solid performance of 16.3dB gain, 2.4dB noise figure, +13.6dB P1dB, and +25.7dBm OIP3 from a self-biased single 5V supply drawing only 65mA. The AVA-0233LN+ amplifier features a gain control of 30dB (typical) across the operating band and is housed in an industry-standard 5mm x 5mm QFN-style package. The RF ports are internally matched to 50Ω, making it easy for integration into microwave system PC boards. Typical applications include 5G MIMO, backhaul radio systems, satellite Ka-band communications, test and measurement equipment, radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) defense systems.
