The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MID1W0505A converters deliver up to 1W output power with excellent load/line regulation. The device integrates a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback circuit into a single chip, offering a compact, reliable solution compared to traditional isolated power modules. It includes full protection features such as short-circuit, over-current, and over-temperature protection. Requiring minimal external components, the MID1W0505A comes in a low-profile, wide-body SOICW-16 package.
