NetBurner MODM7AE70 Ethernet System-on-Module (SOM) is designed for use as a high-performance single-board computer or to add Ethernet connectivity to a new or existing design. The module can be designed into a product or used for various automation and web applications in the Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Edge/Fog Computing, and device networking. An Arm® Cortex®-powered SOM provides a spectrum of support for IoT applications in sensor fusion, industrial automation, robotics, audio processing, image/video processing, and automotive.

  • Floating point unit (FPU) and DSP for high-precision, accelerated data processing
  • Flexible memory, memory protection unit (MPU), and system peripherals

  • 3.3V at 100mA (typical) power DC input voltage
  • USB 2.0 device and mini host high speed (USBHS) at 480Mbps
  • CMOS image sensor interface
  • Watchdog timer, real-time clock, and temperature sensor
  • -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range
