STMicroelectronics STEVAL-POE005V1 Evaluation Board
STMicroelectronics STEVAL-POE005V1 Evaluation Board is configured to evaluate the operation of the PM8804/5. The PM8804/5 is an IEEE 802.3bt PoE-PD interface with a system-in-package for smart power supplies. The PoE interface is based on the PM8805 PoE-PD interface, and a DC-DC forward active clamp converter is based on the PM8804 controller. The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-POE005V1 allows for easy verification of a PD interface compliant with the IEEE802.3bt standard based on PM8805 and of a DC-DC active clamp forward converter based on PM8804 controller. The STEVAL-POE005V1 Evaluation Board features a programmable oscillator for the switching frequency, adjustable slope compensation, dual complementary low-side drivers with programmable dead time and soft start, soft turn off, and a programmable current sense blanking time.Features
